The veneers are pressed under pressure and heat, so that the epoxy film liquefies and firmly binds everything together. For the middle layer and the intermediate layers, only one-piece veneers are used, and no veneer pieces are joined together. Thus, only one blade is made from each pressed board – creating high-quality unique pieces. Due to the special bonding technique, the blades gain particular stiffness, which leads to increased dynamics and excellent control values and eliminates unpleasant vibrations. The edges at the transition from the handle to the blade are carefully rounded. This makes the blades particularly comfortable to hold and facilitates changing grips.
