Xiom Hugo Calderano HAL Based on Hugo's idea of playing with non-carbon blades, we developed HUGO HAL (Hyper Axylium) in June 2020. The special material HYPER AXYLIUM is a high-quality orange arylate, originally developed by XIOM. We called this new material HYPER AXYLIUM because it has a slightly different character than the SUPER ARYLATE used in the HUGO SAL. HAL is characterized by a clear feel, improved repulsive force, and balanced performance. The HUGO HAL is an all-round/offensive blade that offers amateur players a lot of feel and control, but at the same time gives world-class players like Hugo Calderano high speed and power. The flexible character of the HAL blade makes it perfect for players with larger movements and offers the possibility of directing the ball in the desired direction. The longer dwell time makes the blade more forgiving and perfectly matches harder rubbers like the VEGA X/PRO and OMEGA series.
